A Lush Bali Dream
beautiful gardenlily pondscenic treetops
The gardens are very beautiful. I loved the lily ponds with fish and ducks. Squirrels jumped in the treetops during breakfast which was nice to watch. The room had a view of both the lily pond and the sea.
The hotel location is good, though lacks a game program for staying at the hotel all day.

Mr. Mahendra is a customer experience expert. He is always attentive. He is very detail-oriented and dedicated to making my stay lovely. He provided great recommendations and proactive help.

The breakfast buffet had a large selection. I found many delicious options. The Italian restaurant offers very good meals. I also enjoyed the nightly drinks at the Veranda Lounge. These were very nice touches.

the hotel has several restaurant, which offer breakfast and meals. there is also a free shuttle that take you to a shopping center nearby. the grounds are very pretty to walk around and the beach is just a few minutes walk. it was so nice.
i found that the condition of the room was lacking. the room that i was assigned to was in a poor condition, with outdated furnishings. there was a noticeable mold.

i found many dining options with four restaurants. the large pool area included many seats and shaded spots provided by trees and umbrellas. the food options were plentiful. the resort staff members were efficient and lovely. there were also a lot of amenities, so i did not feel the need to leave (everything i needed was right there).
the check-in process took a long time. it seemed like much of the information could have been gathered before i even arrived.

my king room garden view had a comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked well, and i could control the temperature. the room included a spacious bathroom with separate areas for the shower and the toilet.

the hotel is right on the beach. there were many restaurants within walking distance from the premises. the location not sketchy at all and clean. there is a shopping center across the street with restaurants and shops open late.

the hotel features multiple swimming pools and a waterslide. the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. a kid zone offers activities for children for up to two hours daily (it is a great way for parents to relax).
